Placental Abruption Following Snakebites Envenomation: A Case Report and Literature Review

Background: Snakebite envenomation in pregnancy is uncommon. It can lead to a poor outcome both the mother and fetus. We describe our approach based on currently available evidence. Case: reported two case of snakebite third trimester having caused placental abruption with expelling fresh still born baby live baby. In cases, consumption coagulopathy occurred. managed by polyvalent anti-snake blood transfusion. Their investigations became normal they were discharged hospitalization. Conclusion: pregnant maternal fetal emergency. Treatment must be quick well adapted.
